The edition books hopes you will be delighted with your book purchase. Occasionally though, you may wish to return your book and be refunded for the purchase.
If you return something because it is damaged or not as described, you will be refunded. This refund will include all fees including those incurred in shipping the item to you as well as paying your costs of returning it. Any gift-wrapping charge will also be refunded.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the date of delivery, and in circumstances where there has been no fault (see above), but because you have changed your mind, you are still entitled to a refund. This refund is for the product less shipping and any additional service charge (eg if you purchased gift-wrap). To be clear, in this situation, all costs incurred in shipping the item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. However, you will not be charged a restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all your costs in returning the product.
Returns cannot be accepted outisde of the 'cooling off period' where there is no fault.
Returns are at your risk. In returning goods, for your protection, it is recommended that you use a recorded-delivery service for expensive items.
